Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards, to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Provide hiring managers with relevant market insights and candidates' profiles to aid in decision-making
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
- Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of Recruitment Experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and team members effectively
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
