About The Role
Hire Hangar is expanding its talent-acquisition team and seeks an Internal Recruiter who brings hands-on experience from a high-volume staffing environment. The ideal candidate has supported technology clients, led technical interviews with confidence, and is comfortable juggling numerous requisitions simultaneously.
Primary Functions
- Own the full hiring lifecycle source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close.
- Run multiple searches in parallel, maintaining a steady slate of qualified prospects.
- Evaluate technical aptitude, conducting structured interviews that test skills against client demands.
- Partner with hiring managers and external stakeholders to clarify needs and calibrate candidate profiles.
- Sustain candidate engagement through clear, timely updates at every stage.
- Leverage ATS and sourcing platforms to track activity and preserve data accuracy.
- Recommend process enhancements that shorten time-to-hire and improve talent quality.
- 23 years full-cycle recruiting, including high-volume workloads at a large staffing firm.
- Demonstrated success interviewing and placing technical talent.
- Proven ability to support technology clients and understand role nuances.
- Strong written and verbal communication; adept at managing expectations with candidates and hiring teams.
- Skilled in ATS software and modern sourcing tools.
- Availability to cover several days per week aligned to Pacific Time; flexibility across ESTPST hours.
- Self-starter who manages competing priorities with minimal oversight.
