Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Relevant degree from a recognised tertiary institution
- Located in Cape Town
- Strong administration skills required
- Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient knowledge using Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Strong computer skills
- Interest in recruitment
- Highly driven individual
- Highly organised individual, pays strong attention to detail
- Support the Recruitment team by ensuring they have quality, up-to-date material, create job descriptions
- Administrative duties including diary management, word processing, general day-to-day creation and management of spreadsheets and databases and general office duties as required
- Assisting with research on key clients and verticals
- Ensure all deals are correctly captured onto the ATS platform and information kept up to date
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when the Recruitment team is unavailable
- Answering customer queries and supporting projects
- Sourcing candidates through the internal database, LinkedIn, and social media
- Prescreening applications, assessing prospective applicants, and matching them with vacancies at client companies
- Drawing up shortlists of candidates to interview by the Recruitment team
- Maintain excellent internal communication with clients, candidates, and the team
