Recruitment Consultant
This position is commission based. Quarterly and annual bonuses
Must have valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle.
Own laptop and cellphone essential.
Minimum Requirements:
3 years recruiting experience
Qualification would be advantageous
Computer literate
Excellent typing skills
Telephone etiquette
Attention to detail
Responsibilities will include:
Identify, select and recruit suitable candidates
Database searches and searches on the internet
Candidate/client liaison
Typing CV's accurately
Head hunting
Advertising on the internet
Updating and maintaining the database
Scheduling interviews
Following up on clients and candidates as necessary
Cold calling
Preliminary interviews
