Role Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and support the recruitment process, with potential for ongoing HR collaboration.
- We are particularly interested in connecting with professionals who:
- Operate independently as HR or recruitment consultants
- Have 5+ years proven experience in successfully filling roles
- Offer end-to-end recruitment services (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination)
- Provide HR support such as contracts, onboarding and general HR administration

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) policies, practices, and procedures
- Excellent Communication and Interviewing skills to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders
- Experience in Consulting and providing strategic hiring solutions
- Proficiency in managing the full spectrum of Hiring processes, including recruitment and onboarding
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
