Introduction

A Pretoria based Human Capital Consultancy firm, specialising in HR Consulting, Organisational Development and Specialised Recruitment, is seeking a Recruitment superstar with experience in a recruitment role to join their energetic and dynamic team.

Job Purpose

The responsibility of this role is to source, screen, and interview candidates for our broad range of clientele using different recruitment platforms and to ensure they meet the stipulated requirements of the job specification. This includes the management of recruitment projects for specific clients.

Education And Qualification Requirements

Minimum education (essential)
  • Matric
Minimum education (desirable)
  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
Minimum Applicable Experience (years)
  • 2 - 4 years
Required Nature Of Experience
  • Screening of candidates either telephonically or virtually
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Conducting verifications checks
  • Client liaison
Skills And Knowledge (essential)
  • Recruitment processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interviewing skills.
  • Working on various recruitment platforms such as Pnet, Careers24, LinkedIn etc.
  • Working on applicant tracking systems such as Placement Partner or Ditto Jobs and SimplifyHR.
Skills And Knowledge (desirable)
  • MS Suite
  • Pnet, Careers 24, Jobmail, Executive Placements, SimplifyHR
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
  • Valid drivers license and road worthy vehicle.

  • Create recruitment proposal for clients.
  • Source suitable candidates for clients.
  • Advertise vacancies on numerous recruiting platforms.
  • Utilise different recruiting platforms to find applicable candidates according to job specifications.
  • Search and screen candidates using PNet.
  • Liaise with clients to determine accurate job descriptions.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking.
  • Compile interview guides.
  • Schedule, attend and conduct interviews.
  • Conduct background checks via MIE i.e. reference, credit, criminal and qualification verification checks.
  • Update positions recruitment progress on Smartsheets.
  • Update recruitment tracking sheet.
