What Youll Do:

• Develop & maintain relationships with C-suite executives and key clients.
• Build executive talent pipelines and execute custom search strategies.
• Conduct in-depth market research, talent mapping, and executive assessments.
• Lead client presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Guide candidates through a seamless hiring experience, from assessment to offer.
• Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and achieve KPIs.

What You Bring:

• 4-7 years experience in executive/C-suite recruitment, focusing on scarce skills.
• Proven ability to engage high-calibre talent and manage strategic relationships.
• Expertise in talent mapping, market research, and executive search methodologies.
• Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field (Advanced degree a plus).
