- Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clients
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates
- Negotiating salaries and benefits
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Attending networking events to expand contacts and market knowledge
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or completed 3-year Diploma/Degree advantageous
- Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Deadline-orientated and able to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible and a team player with high customer service ethic
