Job Description: As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you will be the bridge between exceptional engineering talent and exciting opportunities. You will work closely with both clients and candidates, building meaningful relationships and understanding their unique requirements. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will help you source and match top engineering talent to our client's diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source, screen, and assess engineering candidates for various roles, including mechanical, electrical and civil engineering positions.
• Engage with clients to comprehend their business goals and engineering staffing requirements, providing consultative recruitment solutions.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, feedback gathering, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a successful Recruitment Consultant or a sales consultant role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
