They need experience in attracting candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions. Ability to create recruiting strategies and building relationships.

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years' experience as recruitment consultant
• Experience in recruiting CA's, financial positions and executive placements
• Must have skills of sales person and head-hunters
• Sound judgement and communication aptitude
• BA/BCom in HR, Marketing or other fields
