The role is full-time, ideally based in or near Cape Town with a salary of up to R30, 000 per month. In addition there is the opportunity to earn an annual bonus of up to R60, 000, linked to individual contribution and overall company performance.
This is a delivery-focused role at the heart of a small, growing consultancy. Youll play a critical part in running the research and resourcing work that underpins everything we deliver to clients.
Because we are a small business, this role comes with far more exposure and responsibility than a typical research position. Youll work closely with the Founder, see how assignments are shaped from the outset, and have real influence over how our delivery function operates and improves over time.
In practical terms, this means taking ownership of work such as:
- Building and maintaining longlists for live roles
- Mapping niche markets and identifying relevant target organisations
- Running sourcing searches and outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter
- Managing follow-ups and keeping pipelines moving
- Keeping our CRM (Bullhorn) accurate, tidy and up to date
- Preparing clear summaries and shortlists to support client and candidate conversations
- Supporting light content scheduling and simple marketing tasks

- Leave: 20 days paid leave plus South African public holidays
