Main Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales process from plan to close
- Coordinate sales activities and initiatives with pre-sales and professional services teams
- Deliver compelling, customer-centric sales presentations and proposals to prospects and customers
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding requirements
- Identify emerging markets & market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitors
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- 5 to 8 years of experience selling software solutions to government markets
- University degree in Accounting, Economics, Commerce would be considered an asset
- Successful experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
- Familiarity with government financial management and human resource management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Ability to travel frequently throughout Europe
