Regional Sales Manager FMCG

FMCG Sales Company based in Kempton Park is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to manage their sales team. Will have a tertiary qualification and 3+ years FMCG Sales Management experience. Will be analytical, well spoken and well presented.

• Operational Support - managing sales team to acheive sales numbers, setting objectives, ensuring brands are prioritised instore, working in the trade - driving sales, setting objectives, analysing sales trends, driving principals objectives in the trade etc
• Managing Principals - trade visits, giving feedback
• Managing Distribution Partners
• Internal Support - KAM, monitoring pricing, NPD managment
