Regional Support Manager – Greater London & South East

Primary Objectives and Main Role

We are looking for a full-time, enthusiastic and dedicated Regional Support Manager for London and the South East (Covering Kent, Sussex and Surrey) to represent the various brands and brand owners of Aspects Beauty Company in all aspects relating to retail sales in the region.

As a Regional Support Manager your main role will entail the following:
  • Day-to-day account administration as well as the monitoring of sales performance against targets, launch and promotional implementation and accurate targeting.
  • To achieve annual retail targets for those stores within your remit.
  • To be part of a highly flexible retail sales team, responding to the needs of the business as directed by your line manager.
  • To have responsibility for visiting stores where required by your line manager across their whole region.
  • To have direct accountability and day-to- day communications for designated consultants as agreed with your line manager.
  • To ensure consultants meet company and store standards, such as grooming guidelines, and any performance issues are dealt with directly in relation to your direct reports. This will include attending, and on occasion chairing, meetings such as disciplinaries. Any issues should be reported to your line manager and/or the HR team.
  • To coach, lead and motivate staff where required and train, monitor and manage staff during fragrance launches and promotions to ensure optimum productivity is achieved.
  • To on occasion work in store in a supervisory capacity; you must be able to monitor performance, offer support and provide clear feedback to both the staff member and your line manager regarding individual productivity and sales performance, as well as identifying any training needs and informing the training team of those needs.
  • To create a journey plan that is effective in ensuring that all priorities are dealt with first and is clearly documented on Outlook at least 8 weeks in advance, with any changes amended immediately.
  • You will be expected to work 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks to meet the needs of the business.
  • Act as an ambassador for Aspects Beauty Company and to always represent the Company in a professional manner.
  • Report feedback, results and figures to your line manager as requested.
  • To deputise for your line manager when they are on annual leave or any other absence and communicate any issues via the Sales Director (SD) or the HR team.

Requirements Of The Role
  • Previous experience working in luxury retail (Ideally Fragrance / Beauty) in a similar role or as an Account Manager / Business Manager / Department Manager / Junior Regional Support Manager
  • Line management experience
  • Responsibility for setting targets and managing teams to deliver targets
  • Carrying out objective reviews / probationary reviews etc
