Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Registry Official located in Pretoria. The Registry Official will be responsible for organizing and maintaining records, handling document storage and retrieval, and maintaining confidentiality. Additional tasks may include updating records, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting administrative functions within the registry department.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Post-matric Administration qualification (or equivalent)
- 12 years experience in an administrative/registry environment (internships included)
- Strong data capturing & computer literacy
- Excellent communication, writing & typing skills
- Ability to work accurately and under pressure
- Professional, diligent and client-focused
