Remote Admin Assistant

Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable remote Admin Assistant to support our team remotely. This is a part-time role of 5 hours per day (08:0013:00), offered on a contract basis at R5, 000 per month. The position is performance and results-driven, with scope for growth based on output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support business operations.
  • Populate proposals, reports, and presentation templates accurately.
  • Assist with preparing and formatting graphics from templates (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Maintain organised records, files, and workflows.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Comfortable working in a results/output-based environment.
  • Familiarity with using templates for graphics and presentations.
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
