Were hiring a Remote Technical Recruiter to support our fast-growing client base by sourcing and hiring top-tier talent across engineering, data, and technical product teams. You will act as a trusted hiring partnerbalancing multiple searches, owning the candidate experience, and ensuring smooth, efficient recruitment workflows.

Your Role:
  • Manage technical recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical fit and team alignment
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand evolving needs
  • Keep applicant tracking systems accurate and up to date
  • Ensure a professional and engaging candidate journey at all stages
  • Recommend process enhancements to improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
You Bring:
  • 23+ years of experience recruiting technical roles in a fast-paced setting
  • Knowledge of technical roles, stacks, and interview standards
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Lever, Greenhouse, or similar platforms
  • Flexibility to work PST or EST business hours
Nice to Have:
  • Background working with tech startups or growth-stage companies
  • Experience with remote teams and distributed hiring
  • Enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and a focus on delivering results
