Fast growing property Company is looking for a rental agent If you have 1 years or more experience in the rental industry, this would be a perfect opportunity to expand your knowledge and grow within a company.
DUTIES:
- Process new tenant applications via TPN Complete leases and get leases signed by tenant’s Physical placement of tenants in properties in Rondebosch area.
- Inspections and reports of properties of tenants moving in and out Liaise with tenants and owners telephonically Resolve any queries / maintenance issues
- conduct a follow up Any other related admin or Ad Hoc related duties related to the industry
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric Must have own reliable transport and valid SA Driver’s license
- Min 1 years’ experience in similar role Experience in rental administration of residential properties
- Excellent computer skills, MS Word, Excel etc.
- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (Read & Write)
