Reporting Analyst

About The Opportunity

The role is responsible for the provision of data and information to support the Residential Aged Care (RAC) consumer risk management processes, in order to support risk reporting which will enhance RAC compliance and resident outcomes.
  • Collect and collate data and produce reports to support business requirements aimed at identifying RAC performance and improvement opportunities;
  • Produce regular data/reports including but not limited to the monthly management dashboard report, Snapshot on a Page (SOAP) and NQIP reports.
  • Provide data and support reporting including but not limited to the monthly Consumer Quality and Risk report, monthly Consumer Outcomes and Risk Meeting (CORM) report, quarterly Quality Advisory Body (QCAB) report;
  • Provide other data and reports as required;
  • Utilise and where relevant make suggestions, to improve information systems and reporting to support consumer risk identification, measurement, and control;
  • Escalate findings from data reporting or analysis and any issues identified from requests for data, to facilitate timely risk mitigation or management responses;
  • Provide high quality and efficient predictive risk information to support Operations to minimise consumer risk across their Regions and Networks and support compliance across RAC.
About You
  • Previous experience in a reporting role, ideally within complex regulatory environments such as residential care or community services
  • Critical thinking abilities coupled with the knowledge to present data in a way that will assist the business in making critical decisions
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work closely with our home based staff as well as the multi disciplinary support office teams
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Highly developed critical thinking skills, ability to identify issues and support the decision making process
  • Strong analytical skills that allow for the development of data driven reports
  • Excellent time management and organisational skill, with the ability to be flexible around competing deadlines
  • Some interstate travel may be required
