Overall, Purpose:
Zutari Tshwane / Cape Town is currently looking for Engineers Representatives (Resident Engineers) to join their team, responsible for contracts management within the projects environment, with a special focus on SANRAL Projects.
Minimum Requirements
- BSc or BEng or BTech in Civil Engineering
- Pr Eng or Pr Tech Registration with ECSA
- Pr CMP Registration with SACPCMP will be an advantage
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in construction and/or projects site supervision
- Experience as Engineers Representative on SANRAL project/s is required
- Thorough working knowledge of specifications and Bill of Quantities (COLTO / COTO, SANS 1200, project specific etc.)
- Thorough working knowledge of Conditions of Contract (FIDIC 1999, NEC 3/4, GCC 2010/2015 and JBCC) will be beneficial
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills required
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Excellent client relation skills
