Food & Beverage Manager required for busy Restaurant in Menlyn. Candidates with 8+ years F&B management experience will be considered. Person will be responsible for overall food & beverage operations, will manage all stock and purchasing.  Main duties will include staff training and overall quality control. Must be skilled in health and safety and have the ability to work under pressure. Experience in a multi bar, kitchen venue essential. Must be energetic and passionate about hospitality.
