Restaurant Group Head Chef-Menlyn

Head Chef / Kitchen Manager needed for a group of four Restaurants situated in Menlyn. Looking for individuals with 8+ years senior chef experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Must be able to coordinate and manage a complete kitchen operation. Main focus will multi-kitchen management and food quality control. Must have expensive food knowledge with the ability to develop recipes. Will be responsible for all kitchen control systems and stock management. Candidates must be able manage and train staff. Only experienced candidates with good kitchen administration skills will be considered. Very high paced and busy environment. Salary R 15000 - 20000 K nett.
