Restaurant Manager-Midrand

Established Restaurant in Midrand is looking for a front of house or kitchen manager. For front of house the ideal candidate will have very strong customer relations skills and will be expected to run the Restaurant floor together with the management team. For back of house, applicants must have good stock control and costing skills. Looking for ambitious hardworking candidates that can start immediately. 3+ Years relevant experience required. Applicants must have strong staff management and training skills. Well spoken and well groomed candidates preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced environment essential.
