Job requirements:
- You will be required to run the restaurant impeccably with strict standards of the owner.
- Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience.
- Must be presentable.
- Experienced in keeping a tightly controlled food cost.
- Understand the requirements of excellent customer service.
- Key roll player in profitability of the store.
- Long hours will be required.
- Staff training.
- Knowledge of Pilot Point of Sales is an advantage.
- Administration knowledge required.
