Restaurant manager is needed in Johannesburg.
Job requirements:
- We are looking for someone that is young and dynamic and has a minimum of 10 years + experience in the hospitality game, we are looking for someone that is self motivated and passionate about the restaurant Industry.
- Must have run restaurants from the kitchen to the FOH, experience in the POS system.
- BOH system, checking in order, counting of stock, stock rotation etc.
- Dealing with staff - organizing of staff shift etc.
- Responsible for opening and closing the store.
- Most importantly for our brand is that we need someone with great customer skills.
- Salary is negotiable.
