Upmarket Restaurant in the Brooklyn Pretoria is looking for a Sous chef. Looking for individuals with 5+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment essential. Must be able cook under pressure and have the ability to run a section. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Will also be responsible for stock management. Applicants must be proficient in kitchen administration and staff management. Very busy high pressured environment. Must have a formal qualification.
