Retail Support Specialist

- We are looking for a Retail Support Specialist to join our Support Office a dynamic, people-focused role at the heart of our retail operation.
- This is an opportunity to work closely with our Retail and CHRM teams, supporting Jewellery Advisors, shaping training experiences, and helping build the future talent of a globally expanding luxury brand.

- Supporting Retail & CHRM Operations
- Creating and distributing weekly ATBT scripts
- Supporting SA & UK webinars, attendance tracking and follow-ups
- Coordinating induction training, assessments and probation action plans
- Supporting operational processes, reporting and retail initiatives
- Recruitment & Talent Support
- Headhunting, screening and shortlisting candidates for retail, CHRM and Brand Ambassador roles
- Coordinating interviews and onboarding
- Supporting probation reviews and people processes
- Tracking recruitment activity and supporting disciplinary processes when required
- Reporting & Insights
- Conducting Boutique Admin Evaluations and VM audits
- Managing support tickets and follow-ups
- Compiling training, induction and attendance reports
- Capturing and sharing Store Operations meeting notes across regions
