We are seeking a talented and experienced Retail Media Manager to join our commercial department. The Retail Media Manager will be responsible for leading and executing the retail media strategy for the company, with a focus on maximising revenue opportunities and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a retail media strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and revenue goals
- Manage relationships with key media partners and negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and ROI
- Analyze performance data and consumer insights to optimize media campaigns and drive results
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of retail media efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in retail media and make recommendations for improvements and innovations
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress and effectiveness of retail media initiatives
- Manage a team of retail media specialists and provide guidance, mentorship, and support as needed
- Stay informed on competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in retail media management or related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce channels
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive results
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Experience managing a team and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
