Description: We are currently hiring for Retail Sales Assistant/Rep for our Stores at Cresta Shopping Mall, South Africa and would be pleased to consider candidate who are reliable, Self-driven, creative and outgoing individual who can connect to our brand ethic as well as to customers in an empathetic and authentic way.
Job Description:
Being first point of contact for any potential customer, customer care and consultation.
Should be able to Handle sales effectively.
Being responsible for the stock on display and the maintenance of the shop space.
Should be responsible for creating a pleasant, efficient and personable customer experience. Should Have product knowledge about the products available
Work within a team environment
Merchandise & replenish stock as per the guidelines
Assist with deliveries and stock handling as per the guidelines
Ensure processes are followed to minimize stock loss
Required Skills:
Excellent communications skills both verbally as well as written in order convey our message to our customers.
A passion and affinity for the field of work which includes sustainability, design and customer care.
A neat presentation and a confident appearance as you will be the first point of contact to the outer world.
Experience with sales and general admin tasks and the ability to manage the responsibilities of running the shop solo at times.
