As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a key role in ensuring a positive and memorable customer experience. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the customer service centre, responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and promoting our services in a friendly and professional manner. Your ability to remain approachable, flexible, and energetic throughout the day will contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and the overall success of the team.
