Job requirements:
- A sound knowledge of fishing is required.
- Applicants must currently participate in recreational fishing, preferably across all facets of fishing.
- If only one facet of fishing is practised, an in-depth knowledge of that particular facet will also be acceptable.
- Applicants must be well-spoken with good communication skills and good computer skills.
- Must be energetic and have a friendly and warm personality and enjoy working with people.
- Neat, presentable and professional.
- Salary is dependent on work and fishing experience.
Job responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers and offer assistance
- Advise customers on their fishing tackle requirements
- Fulfil customer orders
- Complete various administrative tasks including job-cards and control sheets
- Respond to customer queries and quotation requests
- Merchandise stock
- Cleaning duties
- Perform cyclical stock counts
