- Retention of Netstar contracts telephonically, and via email
- Upgrading of Netstar contracts telephonically, and via email
- Change of Ownerships telephonically, and via email
- Cancellation of Netstar contracts telephonically, and via email
- Actioning and resolution of BOT queries
- Actioning and resolution of inter-departmental queries (CSD, Finance, Planning etc)
- Actioning and resolution of Retention escalations
- Achieving monthly retention targets aligned to business strategy
- Maintaining 100% quality and compliance on all contractual calls and emails
