Rietondale, Pretoria: LITIGATION SECRETARY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-Minimum 5 years experience in High Court & Magistrate’s Court Litigation typing at a law firm
-Experienced in Insolvencies and Debt Collections
-Independently functional
-Computer literate
-Dictaphone typing experience
-Reliable and trustworthy
-Fast and accurate typing skills
-Non smoker
-Stable employment record and contactable References
Duties:
-Typing of High Court and Magistrate’s Court litigation (Mostly High Court Litigation)
-Insolvency matters and Debt Collection
-Dictaphone typing
-Drafting and typing of legal documents
-General legal secretarial duties
Salary: R 18 000.00 – R 25 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on experience)
