Our client, a leader in cutting-edge technology is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to drive global expansion for their cutting-edge technology solutions, including TechnoCenter (PDLC SaaS), ShariahFin (Islamic Asset Finance Software), and Testing as a Service (TaaS). Reporting to the CEO, this strategic leadership role requires expertise in both B2B technology marketing and enterprise sales to accelerate revenue growth and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global sales & marketing strategy
- Lead branding, digital presence, and marketing collateral to reflect expertise
- Drive lead generation through SEO, PPC, content marketing, and strategic partnerships
- Drive enterprise sales, engaging C-level executives
- Define and execute a structured go-to-market strategy, build and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Establish and optimize B2B sales processes & partnerships
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing & sales team
- Degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration or related field
- 10+ years experience in developing and implementing a global sales & marketing strategy
- B2B technology marketing & enterprise sales
- Taken a SaaS product to market from scratch
- Proven success in taking SaaS products to market & scaling revenue
- Personally defined the pricing, licensing, packaging, and commercial messaging
- Experience in Islamic finance, fintech, or enterprise software sales is a plus
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and inbound marketing
- Expertise in sales pipeline management, CRM tools, and automation
- Strong leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams
- Ability to engage C-level executives and manage complex enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance analytics
