Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a high-level understanding of the TFG business environment.
  • Conduct research on various risk topics to support risk assessment processes.
  • Set up and coordinate meetings related to risk management activities and capture meeting minutes.
  • Update business registers to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Identify and comment on potential risks to the organization.
  • Stay informed about macroeconomic matters that may impact the business.
Qualifications
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Risk Management, Internal Audit, Business Management, Finance, or Accounting.
Skills:
  • Passion for learning and a proactive approach to acquiring new knowledge.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in risk assessments and documentation.
  • Strong planning skills to manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret risk-related information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
