Riviera, Pretoria Moot: CANDIDATE ATTORNEY
Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking individual
-Afrikaans & English first & second languages a must (Key requirement, Afr & Eng client base)
-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed a must
-Driver’s license a must (company vehicle providing during office hours)
-To start as soon as possible
-Must reside in Pretoria
Duties:
-General candidate attorney duties
-Exposure to fields of law as prescribed by the Attorney’s Act for admission as an Attorney (Firm specialize in Litigation, Commercial Law, Property Law, Insolvency and Rehabilitation, Estates)
-Travelling to Courts and clients
-Filing, issuing and serving of legal documents
-Drafting legal documents in Afrikaans and English
-General administrative duties
Salary: R 6 000.00 – R 8 000.00 gross
