Job requirements:
- Experience and complete understanding of the road transport industry.
- Willing to market nationwide and cross border.
- Be able to achieve budgets and be goal driven.
- Update/monitor contacts/agreements of potential and existing customers.
- Develop a CRM (Customer relationship management) system.
- Assist the marketing manager with strategies in conjunction with the management team.
- Ensure quotations are done correctly, margins and prices are checked, authorized and handed to customers timeously as per policy and procedure requirements.
- Have a strong costing, report writing and presentation skills.
- Very good attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate well at all levels.
- Assertive and not afraid of negotiating with customers.
- Computer literate on excel, word and powerpoint.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Cost to company package offered.
