Finance Business Partner (Banking)

Are you an immediately available and dynamic finance professional with a passion for driving business success? We are seeking a Finance Business Partner (Banking) for a 3-month contract to join our client based in Johannesburg.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver insightful financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making and enhance business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the overall business plan.
• Ensure the provision of timely and accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Lead and mentor a team of Finance Business Partners, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within the Corporate and/or Investment Banking sector, advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A professional finance qualification i.e. CIMA, CIMA Part-qual, SAIPA or CA(SA)
