People/ HR Manager

Our client is looking for someone with proven HR generalist exposure and expertise in areas such as change management, employee relations, performance management, and employee lifecycle. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional HR certifications are a plus
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a People/HR Manager
• Experience in SME and e-commerce industries is essential
• Proven HR generalist experience, with expertise in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employee lifecycle, and change management
• Based in Cape Town
