BLU dot IT Systems, a leading and Gold Certified Sage Business Partner in the Western Cape, seeks to employ the services of a Sage 300 Business Consultant at their offices situated in Paarl.
This is a new position to expand the installation and support infrastructure and the following requirements are non-negotiable.
Tertiary qualification, preferably in accounting or cost and management accounting.
- Certification as a Sage 300 Consultant.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Sage 300 consultant specialising in business process evaluation, systems implementation, systems support and report writing (GL Report Writer, Crystal Reports and Sage Intelligence).
The following experience will be advantageous in support of your application.
- Peresoft Cashbook, REC Express, EFT Express.
- Norming Fixed Assets.
- Autosimply Manufacturing.
- Technisoft Service Manager and Field Connect.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following.
- Evaluation of requirements of existing and new Sage clients and translation thereof into a functional systems specification for implementation or systems enhancement.
- Support and training of clients.
- Report writing and business forms design.
- Development of client specific training manuals.
- New system implementations.
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to work independently or as part of a team and taking initiative to enhance the business operations of BLU dot IT Systems. As part of the position, you will be required to travel locally and overseas.
