We are looking for Call Centre Agents within the industry in Durban.
Call Centre Agents
· Minimum 3 to 4 year Call Centre experience with track records
· Ensuring all company standards are met
· High energy levels
· Deal with customer queries/complaints and resolve them
· Route calls
· Take the customer through the sales process
· Process orders, forms and applications
Monthly Basic R4000.00 PLUS an excellent incentivised commisson structure
