WHO WE ARE
Mobiz enables businesses to easily create instant meaningful moments with their customers and
significantly drive conversion rates in their organisations. We do this by providing Enterprise and
SMB clients with a platform to create and design hyper-personalized landing pages and distribute
these landing pages via SMS (all while being mobile data cost-free to the consumer in South
Africa).
Mobiz is an alumnus of the Alchemist Accelerator which is the leading B2B accelerator in Silicon
Valley and grew over 3x (~4 million dollars) in 2020. In 2021 we exceeded our goal to match that trajectory and raised (4 million dollars +) for the launch of our US product.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the customer
base. The role involved collaborating with other teams and staying up to date with industry trends
to ensure sales success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Analyze sales data and customer needs to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements with customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, conversion rates, and pipeline growth, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create annual and quarterly sales plans with detailed revenue projections.
  • Tracking and compiling reports on account progress, targets and forecasts,
  • Continuously adjust sales strategies based on performance data.
  • Lead and collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide input on product development and enhancements based on customer feedback.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
  • 3-4years in Account Executive role
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS Industry
  • Degree/Diploma
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • A proven track record of retaining and growing client relationships.
  • Experience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level
