Role Description
The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting, conducting sales calls, delivering product presentations, and negotiating deals. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with other team members. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pretoria.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and articulate solutions
- Experience in Customer Service and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Proven history of success in Sales, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- Familiarity or experience with Insurance products and services is an advantage
- Capability to participate in and conduct Training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Proactive approach, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
