Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years demonstrable sales experience
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Must be driven to achieve monthly sales targets
- Cold calling.
- Closing new deals.
- Client management and client satisfaction.
- Attending to client/sales meetings, customer complaints and concerns.
- Requesting quotes from Fibre Network Operators quoting clients correctly.
- Following internal sales processes to effectively service potential clients.
- Assisting service delivery and ensuring the deal is closed off.
- Sales reporting and administration.
- Educating clients on our products, support, and offerings.
- Ensure client satisfaction through excellent client service.
- Account management.
