We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our sales team as a Sales Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify potential opportunities and generate leads for sales
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Keep up-to-date on product knowgledge
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goal
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Proven experience in sales or customer service role will be beneficial
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
