Our client provides specialized and bespoke business services, including receivables management, payment processing, and customer services, through scalable and flexible low-cost operations.

About This Role

Our client's Global Sales division is looking for a hardworking and well-presented junior business development manager

with a vibrant personality to drive revenue. Were seeking young dynamic individuals with a flair for sales to

join our rapidly expanding team. Our sales reach has broadened internationally and were looking to disrupt

some major global industries.

This role will report to the Global Sales Business Development Manager. You will have their full

support and mentorship and you will also have access to best-in-class software tools to support your

research and enhance your productivity. You will be prospecting in international markets such as USA, UK

and Australia.

Minimum Requirements (Qualifications And Experience)
  • A postgraduate degree
  • Good Academic results, both at school and tertiary level
  • Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written
  • 1+ years' B2B Business Development or Account Management Experience
  • Basic experience in proposing and delivering solutions (advantageous)
  • Previous international business development history (advantageous)

  • Strong enthusiasm for an entrepreneurial work

  • A knack for building and leveraging strong
relationships.
  • Prepared to take ownership and responsibility for
various targets and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and source leads.
  • Reach out to prospects across different channels (Phone, Email, LinkedIn).
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients.
  • Create solutions for your clients and work with our clients resources to implement.
  • Negotiate service agreements with international businesses in various industries.
  • Manage own business development administration using CRM (Salesforce).
  • Growing a global client base from scratch by building relationships with executives and industry players around the world.
  • Stay up to date with new products, services and commercials models across industry.
  • Nurture existing client relationships by ensuring that the best service and attention is given to your clients.
