The RoleYou Will Be Responsible For- Selling vodacom products to customers.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Profile- The candidate age requirement must be between 18 - 35
- No experience - 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Consulting industry.
- You will be trained for the position.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
