The Top Priorities for the Role: 
  • ENSURE SUCCESS FOR OUR CLIENTS, by hunting prospects across LinkedIn, e-mail and calls and converting them into sales-ready leads.  Always be ready for action.  Meet and exceed the target for Sales ready leads on all clients
  • USE THE TOOLS AND FOLLOW THE PROCESS diligently and meticulously work through data-list using the process (triage of engagement) as a guide to convert records.
  • MEET DEADLINES AND AGREED UPON TURNAROUND TIMES to deliver success for all clients.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS with the client sales teams to ensure direct and continuous conversation that will enhance success ratios in client closing the sales accepted leads.
  • OBTAINING CLIENT REFERRALS
  • TO WORK CLOSELY WITH CUSTOMER SUCCESS CONSULTANTS in order to understand each client strategy and to be able to feedback on wins/losses.
The Purpose of the Role:
PROSPECT, REACH OUT AND TO MOVE THE RIGHT CONTACTS THROUGH THE MARKETING FUNNEL in order to hand over the agreed upon amount of sales- ready leads to our clients.

Duties Include:
  • Working in the B2B space online using tech tools to facilitate the service offering to clients
  • Conducting extensive and focused outreach into specific targeted markets via LinkedIn, email and voice communications taking on the persona of client
  • Establishing interest in clients and their business offering through outreach communications and relationship building.
  • Provide SALES READY LEADS to clients which translate into QUALITY READY LEADS which transition into income generation for clients
  • Engaging proactively with clients in feedback reviews
  • Working closely with the Customer Services Manager who manages the client relationship together with the directing and monitoring of all targeted market experiments

Minimum requirements for the role:
  • 1-2 years sales experience and knowledge of, or an interest in sales and marketing
  • Social media savvy, with a strong interest in the tech space and preparedness to learn many tech related tools
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language (written and verbal)
  • A tertiary qualification (beneficial)
