After achieving an impressive 600% growth last year, we are expanding our team and looking for driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help us scale to new heights.
What Youll Do
As a Sales Development Representative, youll play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and driving growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that resonate with prospects.
- Managing and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline to set up high-value meetings for the Sales team.
- Utilizing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms to track outreach efforts and maintain accurate records.
- Participating in ongoing training sessions to refine your skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm while communicating our value to prospective clients.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or SDR role.
- Proven expertise in phone-based outreach and email campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Orum (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Experience in E-Commerce or SaaS sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Hours: Monday to Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM PST (US)
- Compensation: $4USD per hour plus commissions!.
