Sales Development Rep (SDR) - (Commission-based)

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Business Development team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting up appointments through cold calling and prospecting efforts. This 100% commission-based position offers unlimited earning potential for individuals with exceptional sales skills. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline and contributing to the company's overall growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted B2B prospects and engage in consultative selling conversations.
  • Identify decision-makers, understand their pain points, and articulate how our products/services can address their needs.
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team to further nurture and close.
  • Utilize CRM system to track and manage all prospecting activities, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine prospecting strategies and messaging.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our solutions.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity targets, including call volumes, lead generation, and appointment setting.
Requirements - Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities.
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient computer/laptop skills with reliable internet browsing capability.
  • Headset for clear and professional phone communication.
  • Strong and stable internet connection to support call quality and CRM usage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Number of outbound calls made per day/week/month.
  • Number of qualified leads generated.
  • Number of appointments set for the sales team.
  • Conversion rate from leads to appointments.
  • Revenue generated from converted leads.
Note: Previous sales experience, proficiency in using CRM systems, sales methodology certification, or other relevant certifications will be given preference during the selection process.

Please note that your earnings will be directly tied to your sales performance as a commission-based role. A structured commission plan will be discussed during the interview process.
